The best part was the cozy common areas that felt like home! 🏡 Jo and Ken were awesome hosts, and breakfast was delightful. Just wished for better lighting in the room.

If possible, check local cafe hours ahead of time, as options can be limited and unpredictable.

stayed 4 nights at almohalla 51, and while the breakfast on the terrace was decent, I definitely expected a more luxurious spread. the room was quite dark, which was something that I thought would’ve been fixed with better lighting. a complimentary gesture would’ve been nice, but alas, I just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review.

The honesty bar was a delightful surprise for late-night refreshments.
During my stay of 4 nights, I found the room quite dark, and I struggled with the steep steps leading to it. While the vintage charm was appreciated, it did not offer much comfort. I was disappointed with the limited restaurant options nearby, which made dining out a challenge, especially since the opening times can be quite inconsistent.

My experience was pleasant. Breakfast included homemade granola and fresh fruit, which was a highlight. The outdoor terrace and pool area provided a nice spot to relax after a long day. I particularly appreciated the honesty bar for late-night drinks. Parking was accessible, though limited, and while the town has few options, a car made it easy to explore nearby areas. Staying here was like a refreshing break from my busy life back in London.

Super cozy getaway!
We stayed for 2 nights and had such a chill time. Jo and Ken were super friendly and helpful, like they really care about their guests. The breakfast in the courtyard? So tasty! We loved the homemade granola. Just wished there was air conditioning for extra comfort, but the fan did help. Oh, the honesty bar was a lifesaver for late-night drinks!

The outdoor terrace and pool area were perfect for unwinding after a long day. I enjoyed the honesty bar for late-night drinks, a convenient surprise that saved me from scavenging late for refreshments.
The room lighting was quite dim, leaving me feeling like I was in a cave rather than a cozy hotel. Accessing my room involved navigating steep steps, which might be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues or baby gear, and parking was effectively public, meaning availability can be hit or miss. The nearby dining options were limited and inconsistent, requiring a car to explore other places.
